We are happy to accept your fabrics for all production processes with exception of our drop ship solution.

All of our fabrics are completely finished, and the color is permanent and color fast.

The turn-around time is 15 business days. Please note that some orders may complete sooner, or some may take longer depending on the complexity of the order, quantity, and season when the purchase was made. We do our best to ensure a quick delivery schedule.

We require a layered TIFF or EPS file. We recommend a resolution of 150 dpi at full size.

We offer our own color atlas for you to choose your colors from. This is the most accurate way to show you what you will get. Digital printing is a very complicated process with many variables, it is more art form then science. Therefore, exact color matching is problematic. We do a very good job, but we cannot guarantee an exact match.

We print in CMYK, we remove any embedded profiles.

Yes, that is a service we offer. Our art department can manipulate your files to help you reach your goals. We charge by the hour for this service with a one hour minimum.

Yes, we do offer cutting services for your garments or your items. We also offer complete garment manufacturing.

We can print on roll fabric or on cut parts. We do not print on finished garments.

There is a one yard minimum. There is a tiered pricing schedule for yardage.

We will produce an order for a single garment.

Yes, of course we can. Please contact us and we will work with you to make your vision a reality.

Our staff will contact you once you submit your order. We will review all the details and will deliver a mock-up for approval within 2-3 business days. Please note that during certain times of the year we might run a little longer, but we will let you know when we communicate with you.

We try our best to get things right the first time, but occasionally we do need to make edits and we totally understand. We try to keep it to three edits or less. We ask that you review the design and provide a list of edits you would like. Depending upon the art and revision work, our hourly art charge may apply. We will always provide an estimate for approval before starting.

Yes. We request that the logo is a graphic file and in Vector format (EPS or TIF file). If you provide a JPG or PNG files, we will need to convert them to Vector format for use. If we must redraw your logo our hourly art charge may apply. We will always provide an estimate for approval before starting.

Yes, we are happy to collaborate with you to design a new logo for you. An art charge will apply for this service. We will always provide an estimate for approval before starting.

We do not keep inventory. Due to the nature of custom orders, we produce the garments/products as on an order-to-order basis.

If placing an order through our eCommerce site www.shopddp.com you will pay when you process your order in the shopping cart. If you are placing a special or bulk order with a sales resource, you will receive an invoice and you can submit payment via the portal. All payments are due prior to shipment.

We do not charge for hosting a team store on our eCommerce site, but we require a volume commitment.
