Sublimation is a process that uses special inks to print on fabrics with very high SYNTHETIC fiber content. The special inks are made to change from a solid to a gas under high heat. This is called sublimation. These inks are water based in their composition, so their use is environmentally responsible.

This past week I had the opportunity to visit with some old friends in the industry at the Sports Inc. Team Dealer Fall show. I’ve been attending tradeshows from the time I was 10 years old. Back in the day, our family’s summer and winter vacations were wherever the sporting goods world took us. My Dad joined the Athletic Dealers of America almost 20 years ago as a way to connect with other independent team dealers like himself. I had the privilege of attending those shows as I grew up “in the business”. Now on the other end as a Manufacturer I have a unique perspective once again as I have watched the industry evolve and change with one thing remaining constant and irreplaceable, the value of relationships and service.

Being out at an event is a great way to connect with customers. This past weekend I was at the War on the Shore Lacrosse tournament in Lake Forest, CA. More than 35 teams from all over southern California gathered to compete at every age level from youth to high school. Some of the best talent in the area took to the field for 2 days of intense competition. Getting to see our uniforms in action, meeting with coaches, parents, and players gives us a unique opportunity to see our finished product bringing a smile to the face of those that wear it.

Duo Digital Prints, Cal Pro Sports, Revolution Athletics, The Lax Journal, and the Southern Section Lacrosse Coaches Association hosted the 2nd Annual Senior Lacrosse All Star game at Trabuco Hills High School. The game featured 50 of the top senior lacrosse players in the section battling it out once again with the game going to overtime! The South All Star’s sealed the victory with a fitting goal from CIFSS Player of the Year Luke Fox. Thank you to all the players, parents, fans, and officials who made this season a huge success for lacrosse in Southern California. Coach Fox coming off of the Knight’s CIF Southern Section Championship had this to say about the event, “These uniforms were sweet! The kids are going to love them. This really helps make the event feel special, it’s an awesome keepsake for the players and their families.
